Defense

Overview[]

  • Imps can be used to bolster buildings providing you with benefits for the cost of gold
  • The benefit amount is dependent on the buildings level
  • The higher the level of building, the higher the cost, though the benefit stays the same
  • When an imps is bolstering, he cannot be used for other tasks
  • If you have an imp bolstering and attempt an action when you have no imps available, it will ask you if you wish to use gems to complete the building that has the shortest time to complete rather than using the imp that is bolstering.
  • Bolstering training rooms or guard posts will add the guild perks to it as well
  • For buildings such as hatcheries, gold mines, and quarries, the benefit is only as good as the lowest level building. Bolstering the lowest level one will provide the same benefit and cost less

Here is a list of all the buildings you can bolster, and what effect ONE Imps has:

  • Training Room Training Room - Decreases Training Time by 5% & Increased Room Health by 5%
  • GraveyardGraveyard - Increased Minion Movement Speed by 4% & Increased Room Health by 5%
  • WorkshopWorkshop - Increased Trap Damage by 5% & Increased Room Health by 5%
  • Dark LibraryDark Library - Decreased Cost For Your Own Spells by 3% & Increased Room Health by 5%
  • Unholy TempleUnholy Temple - Increased Cost For Opponent Spells by 3% & Increased Room Health by 5%
  • Torture ChamberTorture Chamber - Increased Minion Damage by 3% & Increased Room Health by 5%
  • Dungeon HeartDungeon Heart - Decreased Minion Summoning Time by 5% & Increased Room Health by 5%
  • HatcheryHatchery - Increased Minion Health by 3% & Increased Room Health by 5%
  • Guard PostGuard Post - Decreased Immortal Recovery Time by 5% and Increased Immortal Health by 5%
  • Stone QuarryStone Quarry - Increased Stone Production by 15%
  • Gold MineGold Mine - Increased Gold Production by 15%
  • WarehouseWarehouse - Reduced Stolen Stone by 10%
  • TreasuryTreasury - Reduced Stolen Gold by 10%
  • Guild LairGuild Lair - The only building that cannot be bolstered

Cost[]

The cost of bolstering is always in gold and most buildings at the same level require the same amount of gold. Here are the exceptions

  • Guard Posts cost a lot more to bolster than other buildings based on its level
  • Treasuries and Warehouses cost a lot more to bolster than its counter parts after level 10
  • Gold Mines and Stone Quarries are cheapest to bolster in later levels compared to other buildings at the same levels.
