Dene Carter was a programmer of Dungeon Keeper.[1] He is the brother of lead programmer Simon Carter.[2]

Dene Carter coded the user interface, and parts of the room code, Imp-icon Imp logic, and the engine.[3] He also programmed the creatures' shadows,[3] which was believed impossible.[4] Dene Carter joined the project in September 1995.[4]

Dene Carter also did non-Mentor voice-overs.[1]
