The Dragon Whelp was a creature in Dungeon Keeper.
Overview[]

Progression
Dragon Whelps were heavy-duty minions, able to inflict and withstand a lot of damage. However, this came at a costly price: plenty of gold.
Available when the Dungeon Heart reached level 9, Dragon Whelps had one mission: to seek out and destroy the nearest room. They were able to fly (albeit quite slowly), thus bypassing many obstacles. However, they were still susceptible to defences that affected flying units, including the Freeze Trap, which could retard them and allow others to attack them.
Training Dragon Whelps would boost their damage output and health. That these Minions were 100% offensive and 0% defensive.
