Level 109 is an unnamed and unused level that was cut from Dungeon Keeper. It is in the 21 May 1997 and 28 May 1997 prototypes.

The level's script claims it will not work because there's no TIMES_BROKEN_INTO command (this command was fixed in KeeperFX).

KeeperFX includes this level, where it is named Staging Point‎.

  1. Very little is known about the CREATURE_INBY command, other than that it's an early version of ADD_CREATURE_TO_POOL, and that it seems to behave a little differently, with levels using it passing values such as 2, 1, and even 0.
