Level 111 is an unnamed and unused level that was cut from Dungeon Keeper. It is in the 28 May 1997 prototype.

The other three Keepers are not defined as computer players, and there is a winning condition for them (the destruction of the other Keepers). Therefore, it is likely that this was intended to be a multiplayer level. For some reason, Red starts with an extra Vampire.

The level is included in KeeperFX, and has been given the name Quick Death in Chaos. Red no longer starts with an extra Vampire.
