The unnamed Level 23 is an unfinished and cut level known to be in at least two Dungeon Keeper prototypes. The script is unfinished: there is no Creature Pool (meaning no creatures will ever come in through the Portals), no scripted events, and no win condition (making this level unwinnable). Blue isn't even defined as a computer player or given any start money. Despite this, Blue starts with a large fortress consisting of many pre-built rooms (all defended with Magic Doors), including an enormousLibrary, Prison, Workshop, and Torture Chamber. Gold is plentiful; large Gold Seams which include multiple Gem faces are easily accessible to both Red and Blue. In-between Blue and Red is a Hero/Dirt area, with a Dungeon Heart. There are Action Points, but they don't do anything due to the lack of script.
This level has been made functional and included in Keeper FX as Watercreek Drip.[clarification needed]
